Account Deletion Request

Users can delete their AbuaPay account using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Through the Mobile App

Open the AbuaPay mobile app and follow this path:
Profile → Privacy Settings → Account Deletion
From there, you can submit your request to delete your account directly.

Option 2: Through Contact Us

Alternatively, you can raise an account deletion request by clicking the Contact Us link provided on our website or inside the app.
Please include the following details in your message:

• Your registered mobile number
• Your registered email address (if any)
• A short message requesting account deletion

Our support team will verify your request and process the account deletion within 7 business days.

⚠️ Please note: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
